SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Health & Sanitization Program
Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work on extensive plans to ensure that we’d be able to welcome clients, guests and team members back in the safest way possible. The safety and security of our guests, visitors and team members remains the highest priority at Capture Studios. Under the guidance of the CDC, local government and health officials, we’ve instituted an extensive, multi-point safety and sanitization program.
Temperature checks, social distancing measures, touchless sanitizer stations, thorough employee training, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols are all in place. You can view an overview of our “Capture Clean” program below:
Temperature Checks
Daily monitoring of guest and team member health through non-invasive touchless temperature checks.
"Capture Clean" Amenity Kit
Every guest will receive a Capture Clean Amenity Kit at check-in containing two disposable masks, disinfectant wipes, and latex gloves.
Facility Cleaning & Sanitation
Increased cleaning and sanitization protocols, using hospital-grade peroxide multi-surface cleaners. Touchless sanitizer stations and steady supply of individual sanitizer pouches will be available upon request. State-of-the-art Electrostatic sprayers used in each room prior to guest arrival, utilizing the highest level of disinfectants as recommended by the CDC and WHO.
Hand Sanitizer
Touch-less hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the property are available in addition to an ongoing supply of PPE inventory available upon request.
Protective Equipment
Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment for team members, including masks and gloves. In following Los Angeles County guidelines, guests are required to wear masks while moving throughout facility at all times.
Employee Testing
Mandatory COVID-19 testing of all Capture Studios team members prior to returning to work.
Employee Training
Reinforcement of personal hygiene, proper hand-washing and use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers. Team members will complete a certified workplace disinfection, sanitation and safety training program.
Physical Distancing
Physical distancing is highly encouraged throughout the facility with clearly marked signage along with other sanitation protocols.

Capture Studios has enhanced all health and sanitation precautions. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus that can lead to illness and death. For more information, please visit the CDC Website.
